Carpenter/Maintenance Position: Full Time - skilled and experienced person, must have own tools and pickup truck, able to work on repairs, replacements, and new installations of doors, hardware, drywall repairs and finishing, painting, general building maintenance, plumbing abilities, minor heating work, person must be reliable and organized, able to interact with professionals and student tenants, hourly rate based upon experience and skills. Must live within 10 to 15 minutes of Ithaca, able to lift 50 lbs., 40 hours & some weekends and nights for service work required, clean drivers license required. Excellent wages, Starting $8./hr US dollars plus additional benefits, long term employment, pleasant working environment in suburban area, large maintenance shop. Must have own tools.
